GROWTH FACTORS (PRP)

TECHNIQUE FOR OBTAINING GROWTH FACTORS

Percutaneous Intratissue Electrolysis (EPI®) is an invasive physiotherapy technique that consists of the ultrasound-guided application of a galvanic current through an acupuncture needle that produces a local inflammatory process allowing phagocytosis and repair of the affected soft tissue ( tendon, ligament, muscle, etc.). DRY NEEDLE
It is a semi-invasive technique that uses acupuncture needle puncture to treat the musculoskeletal condition known as Trigger Point. The needle is inserted over the trigger point seeking its pressure and contraction so that the trigger point stops releasing acetylcholine, and thus stops producing pain.
